▶ Ticket Purchase Policy
1. After placing an order, you will receive an "E-Ticket Notification" email.
2. For laser-engraved items, please specify your desired engraving in the "Message to Designer" field upon ordering.
3. Your reservation is confirmed only after a store associate from your chosen experience location contacts you to verify the date and availability.
4. Materials are prepared after payment, so please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design House can issue an official invoice. If you require an invoice with a company tax code, please provide the company name and tax code in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the event is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you to arrange a postponement or a refund.
