**Wild Green Bamboo Tea Filter**
__Yangga Studio's Ethical Collaboration with Local Lao Craft Organizations__
Handwoven with care, this unique tea filter is crafted without the use of bleaching agents, preservatives, or glossing lacquers. Its design, inspired by a traditional shoulder pole, adds a playful touch.
Simply place it on your favorite mug or any vessel, add hot water, and effortlessly enjoy a delightful cup of tea, reusable time and time again.
Yangga Studio partners with local craft organizations in Laos, bridging traditional Lao tableware and daily life objects with the needs of modern Taiwanese living to create a range of practical and simple woven household items.
With a commitment to environmental and human-centered sustainability, the entire village collaboratively manages the bamboo forest for long-term growth. The cultivation, harvesting, and manufacturing processes are entirely free from pesticides, chemical fertilizers, herbicides, and any synthetic chemicals.
Guided by government and craft organizations, they establish economic and environmental education programs. They "co-create" compensation with the villagers and provide training to enhance craftsmanship, enabling them to fulfill diverse design orders. This leads to stable orders and consistent income. Each weaving team functions as a small community, fostering cooperation, growth, and mutual support among families and neighbors.

**Cleaning Instructions:**
Before the first use, it is recommended to sterilize and remove any bamboo scent by boiling in water for 3-5 minutes. Air dry before use.
Rinse with clean water after each use and store in a well-ventilated, dry place to ensure longevity. If black mold spots appear, please discard or repurpose as a flower vase.
**How to Use:**
Place the desired amount of tea leaves into the bamboo tea strainer. Position it on your cup as shown in the illustration, then pour hot water to cover the tea leaves within the strainer.
Once steeped, remove the strainer and enjoy your hot tea. (It is recommended to have a small dish ready to hold the removed tea strainer.)
**Notes:**
As the bamboo tea strainer is entirely handmade, each piece will have slight variations, making your tea strainer truly unique.
During the initial soaking, a small amount of yellow-green pigment may be released. This is a natural substance from the bamboo itself and is safe for use.
