✤ If you are unable to attend due to pandemic-related inconveniences, please submit a refund or exchange request at least five business days prior to the event (excluding the event day) for a full refund.
Temperature will be checked upon entry. Entry is permitted only if your temperature is below 37 degrees Celsius and you have used hand sanitizer. Instructors and participants will wear masks at all times; entry is prohibited without a mask.
The studio will be thoroughly disinfected and ventilated before the event.

☀ Additional materials (e.g., silver, wax, stones) beyond the provided course materials will incur extra charges for materials and casting/polishing fees.

Therefore, please be aware of these operational hazards ⚠️ and refrain from using any tools without direct instruction to prevent accidents.
