The texture strikes a comfortable balance between softness and neatness, making it a companion you'll want to take everywhere. Please be mindful of color transfer, especially when new. Avoid wearing with white clothing when first using the bag. ◾️ Scars and Vein Marks Scars and vein marks from the animal's life are left as they are on the surface and back. Because it is natural leather crafted to showcase its natural characteristics, each piece has its own unique expression. ◾️ Color Variation As the leather is finished only with dyes and not pigments, color adjustment is difficult, leading to inevitable color variations. There will be variations even within the same color batch. This is the natural, characteristic look of leather achieved through dye finishing. ◾️ Variation in Texture and Grain Leather grain refers to the pattern of wrinkles on the surface of the leather. Even on a single hide, some areas have more prominent grain patterns than others. These differences are part of the charm of natural leather. ◾️ Markings of Italian Leather, Numbers Indicating Leather Size The numbers on the back are a mark of Italian leather, indicating the size of the hide. They are printed once on each hide and have a distinctive character. We use them as they are, as they are often found in high-quality sections. Therefore, they may occasionally appear on the product. Personally, I prefer items with these numbers. ◾️ Water Stains Water can be absorbed, causing stains. If the leather gets wet, wipe it dry as soon as possible to prevent stains. Applying Ranapure leather treatment can provide water repellency. ◾️ Stretch Marks (Tora) These are streaks or wrinkles that appear in areas of intense muscle movement and stretching. To ensure longevity, we construct the bag using only thick, strong leather without any lining.) ◾️ Maintenance Italian leather used by LADIES&GENTLEMEN will develop a richer luster and deeper patina over time with oil treatment. Apply oil to the bag approximately once every 3 to 6 months. We recommend Ranapure, available in our online store. Ranapure is a leather treatment that conditions, adds shine, and provides water repellency. Small leather goods, due to frequent handling, develop a lustrous color change even without application. ◾️ Returns and Exchanges Please note that returns and exchanges are not possible unless there is a defect in the product. In the event of damage or defects caused by shipping accidents, or if you receive the wrong item, we will replace it at our expense. ◾️ Delivery Time As all items are made to order, please allow 2-3 weeks for small items and 3-4 weeks for bags.
