The fabric is RT's proprietary 13oz vintage-texture denim, developed in-house. It boasts a strong cotton feel with the texture of old fabrics, a slightly faded hue, and a refreshing, translucent quality after washing. The washing process fully replicates ACNE's mud-dyeing technique, with extensive hand-applied mud-dyeing on both the front and back. This intricate process, executed by a master craftsman with 20 years of experience, ensures each piece is a unique work of art. Interior details are also faithfully restored, including ACNE's signature pink stitching and a distinctive narrow, dense, rolled hem. This special stitching effect is achieved using a European sewing machine that has long been discontinued. Our team spent considerable time sourcing an identical machine in Hong Kong to perfectly recreate this mud-dyed series. The hardware is custom-made by the brand, completing the meticulous attention to detail and high fabric fidelity. This classic is reborn, and we hope you cherish it.
