Large canvas + one additional subject: +$700 / approx. +1 hour Small canvas + one additional subject: +$500 / approx. +1 hour (Actual time may vary depending on the number of participants and pet breeds on the day) We recommend assessing your stamina and time availability, as the total class duration could reach 3-4 hours! The artwork must be completed in a single session. If your reference photo features two subjects to be painted together, please ensure they are captured from similar angles. e.g., both from a top-down view, eye-level, or looking up... For a more cohesive and natural-looking painting, try to ensure the light source direction is also consistent. e.g., light coming from the right in both photos. This needs to be discussed via message before the class. **Pet Portraits Completed in One Session 👌🏻** Many are surprised when they see our studio's work and realize it was all completed in a single class! Or that it was their first time painting? That's right~ with the instructor's guidance, you'll finish your masterpiece! Even painting novices are welcome! . A simple breakdown of the process: 1. Composition The instructor will begin with a basic outline, and students will then refine the details in pencil. Once confirmed by the instructor, we move on to coloring. 2. Coloring Backgrounds can be a single color or a simple gradient. Complex backgrounds will be limited to solid colors rather than detailed scenes. 3. Subject Detail Using paints, we'll capture the unique textures and colors of your pet's fur, creating depth and bringing out their individual characteristics based on breed and coat. Steps 2 and 3 may be adjusted based on class progress. . We use slow-drying oil paints to allow for gradual blending and achieve soft, fluffy fur textures.
