We reuse pottery that has been broken or chipped and is no longer in use, applying Kintsugi to transform it into accessories. This work uses a modern, simplified Kintsugi technique. Unlike traditional Kintsugi which uses pure urushi lacquer derived from the sap of the lacquer tree, this piece uses adhesive for bonding.
