Utilizing machine laser engraving technology, the engraved surface has a frosted texture that is permanent and will not fade. As the material is fired glass, minor undulations/bubbles on the surface are normal. The summit area of the Mt. Fuji design on the base is a matte spray paint applied by hand. It may chip with prolonged use or cleaning, potentially returning to the glass's original sheen. The spray paint coverage varies on each glass. Due to the curved surface of the glass, engraving is limited in scope and will appear relatively small. Design proofs are processed after payment. Once a design proof is confirmed, it cannot be modified. Shipping takes approximately 7-14 days. There may be slight variations between the design proof and the finished product due to the handmade and machine processes.
