Utilizing machine laser engraving, the etched surface has a frosted texture that is permanent and will not fade. As the material is fired glass, minor undulations or bubbles on the surface are normal. The summit area of the Mt. Fuji design on the base is hand-painted with a matte finish. This paint may chip over time with prolonged washing, revealing the glass's original sheen. The painted area may vary slightly on each glass. Due to the curvature of the glass, engraving is limited in scope and will appear relatively small. After payment, we will process the design. Once the design is confirmed, it cannot be modified. Shipping takes approximately 7-14 days. There may be slight variations between the design proof and the finished product due to handmade and machine production processes.
