Its luster may fade and the metal color may deepen over time due to use, air, and environmental exposure. This is a normal oxidation process. ・ If your brass oxidizes and turns black, here are a few methods to restore its shine: - Use a silver polishing cloth to restore shine. It is normal for the cloth to darken; do not wash it, as this will diminish its effectiveness. - Gently scrub with a toothbrush dipped in a small amount of dish soap or toothpaste, then dry. - Wipe with a clean cloth dipped in a small amount of brass polish to restore shine. Afterward, rinse with dish soap to remove any residual polish and prevent allergic reactions when worn. ・ Preserved floral accessories are made from fresh flowers and can last over 5 years.
