A Note from the Designer: We kindly ask for your understanding before placing an order. The solder will naturally oxidize upon contact with air, a process most noticeable in the copper-toned finish. It will transform from a bright copper to an antique bronze, and eventually to a deep brown. Therefore, the final piece will *not* look exactly like the photograph. We cannot control the exact way the dye oxidizes. If you are concerned about these natural variations in the copper finish, please request a black-dyed solder, which exhibits minimal color change. The vintage glass, decades old, may feature minor scratches, color variations, or air bubbles resulting from its history and environment. Slight chips or abrasions along the edges, especially on clear or mirrored glass, are also normal occurrences from the grinding process. ▴ Each piece of glass possesses unique patterns and colors, meaning no two items will be identical. Please discuss any specific preferences or concerns with the designer before purchasing. ▴ Solder, whether dyed or not, will develop a patina or deepen in color over time due to oxidation from air exposure (most prominent in copper tones). ▴ Do not use this item for food. Even 99% pure solder is not food-grade tin. ▴ While some unsealed containers can hold water, this will accelerate solder oxidation and may lead to the formation of white crystals. ▴ To support environmental sustainability, we use simple, eco-friendly packaging for all shipments. ▴ For your own protection, please record a video while unboxing your glass items. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Care Instructions: ▴ The solder surface will develop an oxidation layer from prolonged air exposure. This can be gently removed with a toothpick. Regular dusting with a dry cotton cloth is recommended. ▴ For advanced care, a thin layer of furniture polish or soft wax can be applied to the surface. Allow it to dry, then buff with a dry cotton cloth to a shine.
