The flowers, gold foil, pearls, and other inclusions are carefully placed one by one, so their positions may not align perfectly or be identical. Please consider this carefully if you are a perfectionist. • Custom orders cannot be modified after placement, nor can they be canceled. Malicious order cancellations will result in a lifetime ban. Please confirm your needs with care before ordering. 🙏🏻 • All items are made-to-order and production is scheduled based on the order sequence. We aim to ship within one week at the latest. If you have an urgent request, please chat with us to confirm if expedited production is possible. An extra fee will apply for urgent orders. * If you need your item quickly, feel free to check our "Ready Stock" section for items available for immediate purchase. 🏃 Ready stock items will be shipped within two days of ordering. 🏃 • Larger items require a longer curing time, typically 2-4 days. Please inquire about production timelines before ordering to ensure it meets your needs. • For an idea of item size, please refer to the small gold-stamped green card in the photos. The green card measures 9 x 5.4 cm, the size of a standard business card. • Once you select a color palette, we will create your piece using floral materials that complement that palette. It may not be exactly identical to the sample photos, but rest assured it will still be beautifully designed. ⚠️ Some small air bubbles may naturally form during the solidification process. Please refrain from ordering if this is a concern, as it will not affect the overall aesthetic of the item. ❤️
