Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, veg-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly, retaining unique textures and marks from the cow's growth process, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, blood veins, etc. These marks are not considered defects. During processing, transportation, and production, the leather may inevitably acquire minor indentations or scratches. As long as the leather surface is not damaged, these are considered within the normal range. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for major damage. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. While the finished products may not be as perfectly uniform as machine-produced items, they possess a unique warmth and texture. Furthermore, as the leather ages and with different usage habits, it will develop personal scratches and marks, deepen in color, and gain a patina, gradually revealing a unique appearance that belongs to the individual. This is the characteristic of veg-tanned leather, making each leather piece uniquely charming. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can vary due to different batches, storage times, and even different parts of the same hide where dye absorption differs. Colors may not be consistent between subsequent orders. Please refer to the actual product for color accuracy. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This item is made to order as a **"customized product."** Please specify your customization requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossing text and font," when placing your order. If no specifications are provided at the time of order, you agree to have the "stitching color" chosen by the designer and the "embossing text" left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is a manufacturing error, our "customized products" do not have an appreciation period, nor do we accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as the fit being too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
