・If you are unable to attend after the payment is completed, you can apply for a refund through the order system, and all fees incurred at 30% of the ticket price will be charged. Since the designer has to prepare materials ten days before the event, refunds and exchanges will not be accepted within ten days from the day before the event.
・If you need to reschedule, please refund the ticket and buy it again. No refund or exchange will be accepted within ten days from the day before the event.

・Participation is limited to those who have purchased tickets. Those who have not purchased tickets are not allowed to accompany and participate in the venue, unless parents and children participate together.
