[Postponement] If you are unable to participate on the day due to personal reasons, please be sure to send a private message three days in advance to let us know about the rescheduling.
[Refund] If the refund is due to the consumer's personal factors, a full refund can be made three days before the start of the course; a 30% handling fee will be charged within three days from the start of the course.
