Smooth sea pottery, shaped by years of ocean currents and gentle waves, washed ashore.
The left piece features a blue pattern on a white base, while the right showcases a navy blue design complemented by white and blue sea pottery.
The beauty of pottery lies in its imperfections; the fragmented patterns on ceramic pieces invite us to imagine their original designs and the stories they held.
The elegant gold kintsugi line in the center adds a refined touch and a captivating presence.
While pottery might evoke a sense of weight, these pieces are surprisingly light, weighing approximately 1g per earring (excluding hardware), ensuring a comfortable and stress-free wearing experience.
This is a restock of a popular design, but each piece of sea pottery is unique in its shape and pattern. The photos shown are representative of the items used in this batch.
As each accessory is one-of-a-kind, it's perfect for those seeking to express their individuality, a well-deserved treat for yourself, or a thoughtful gift for someone special.
With a timeless design and subdued colors, these pieces are suitable for all ages and styles. They effortlessly complement casual everyday wear, as well as traditional Japanese attire like kimonos and yukatas, making them versatile for various occasions.
Pair them with T-shirts for daily wear, blouses, shirts, jackets, or dresses for a polished spring and summer look. In autumn and winter, they match beautifully with cardigans, knits, turtlenecks, and sweaters, and are suitable for both pants and skirt outfits.
Perfect for special ceremonies such as Coming of Age ceremonies, entrance and graduation ceremonies, Shichi-Go-San, weddings, pre-wedding photoshoots, first shrine visits, and baby's first meal celebrations.
Their modern Japanese aesthetic makes them a wonderful addition to yukatas for fireworks festivals and summer matsuri, as well as for kimonos during first shrine visits, entrance and graduation ceremonies, baby's first meal celebrations, Coming of Age ceremonies, pre-wedding photoshoots, weddings, and Shichi-Go-San.
Their simple design is also ideal for office wear.
An excellent choice for gifts, including birthdays, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, job promotions, Coming of Age celebrations, and baby shower gifts.

About the artwork:
※ The hardware and the base of the kintsugi line are reinforced with UV resin. Please understand that there may be slight resin overflow.
※ Depending on the artwork (e.g., translucent materials like sea glass or natural stones), the hardware may be changed to silver. The material will remain the same, so please do not worry.
※ Kintsugi is a traditional Japanese technique used to repair broken or cracked ceramics with lacquer and gold powder, making them more beautiful.
※ We use new urushi (a safer, less allergenic lacquer) and gold powder (brass powder), rather than traditional urushi.
※ Natural stones may contain impurities, fine scratches, or small chips as they are natural. Please understand this is part of their natural beauty.
※ Please understand that variations in glaze are characteristic of handmade items. The sides of Mino ware tiles, in particular, often have uneven glaze.
※ Individual sensitivities to metals, resin, and urushi vary. If you experience any skin irritation, please discontinue use and consult a dermatologist. We are not responsible for any injuries or allergic reactions caused by the product.
※ The actual color may vary slightly from the product image depending on your monitor, brightness, and screen settings.
Care instructions:
※ Please handle with care to avoid breakage from excessive force.
※ Avoid rubbing the kintsugi area vigorously or soaking it in water for extended periods, as this may cause it to detach. Gently wipe away dirt with a soft cloth for cleaning.
※ Store away from high temperatures, humidity, and direct sunlight.

※ Kintsugi (金継ぎ), also known as Kintsukuroi (金繕い), is a unique Japanese traditional repair method that joins broken or chipped ceramics using lacquer and gold powder. We use a simplified kintsugi technique, employing new urushi (less allergenic) and gold powder (brass powder) instead of traditional tree sap lacquer. UV resin is also used for reinforcement.
