If other students make reservations, the studio will complete the follow-up operations for $250.
•The material is 999 sterling silver clay, which is softer than common 925 Silver. It is normal for scratches on the surface to easily occur.
Hand polishing will not produce a smooth and mirror-like surface like a machine, please be aware, perfectionists.
•Because the course will use gas stoves, for safety reasons only students over 16 years old are allowed to register.
•This product is handmade, and the shape may vary depending on the manufacturer. Silver clay is composed of 99.9% Silver and is soft, easily deformed when exposed to high temperatures.
•The color of a few Gemstone may be different due to the firing process, which is purely normal.
• In order to maintain the quality of teaching, a class of 4 people is required to fill the class. It can only be operated by one person. "Companies, children and accompanying persons are not allowed."
•The course is mainly based on basic courses. If you need to make special styles, please consult in advance when making an appointment. We will evaluate it for you to avoid being unable to make it due to complex styles and insufficient course time on the day.
•999 sterling silver is different from 925 Silver. The finished product has no "ductility" and cannot be dropped or bent to the point that it will break!

After payment is completed, if you are unable to attend, you can apply for a refund through the order system. However, a handling fee of 30% of the event price will be charged. Since the venue and materials need to be prepared ten days before the event, no returns or exchanges will be accepted from one day to ten days before the event.
*If you cancel the course ten days before the event (excluding the day of the course), the full amount will be refunded after deducting the handling fee.
*No cancellations are accepted from 10 days before the course to the day of the course. The place can be transferred or rescheduled once, but you must inform us and provide the name and contact information of the agent participant.
*During the event, if participation in the event is terminated due to factors that are not responsible for the organizer (for example: not wanting to do it in the middle of production, feeling unwell and unable to continue production, etc.), no refund will be given.
*Cancellations will not be accepted for rescheduled events.
* Date changes will not be accepted 3 days before and on the day of the course activity. If the date is changed on the same day, it will be regarded as giving up the course and no refund will be given.

⚠️In the event of natural disasters (such as typhoons), classes and classes will be suspended four hours before the event in accordance with the Tainan City Government announcement. If your county or city is subject to relevant restrictions, please inform us in advance
⚠️Other force majeure factors (such as power outage/equipment failure) cause the course to be unable to proceed.

2. The class time is mainly based on this work schedule. If adjustments are needed, please inform us in advance and we will try our best to cooperate with you.
3. An overtime fee of $250/1 hour will be charged for overtime. If the time limit is less than 1 hour, it will be calculated as 1 hour.
4. For latecomers due to personal reasons, if they are unable to complete the work within the time limit, no make-up time will be made, and overtime fees will be charged separately.
5. To avoid delaying the teaching progress and other students’ rights, please arrive 5-10 minutes in advance.
6. During the class, students’ production highlights and works will be captured by taking photos, videos, etc., and share them on social platforms, official websites, or other media. If you do not want to be photographed, please inform us in advance.
