About Design Coordination: Each item is meticulously designed by our floral artists. They will coordinate accessories and botanicals based on the color palette or style presented for each product. If you particularly like a specific decorative item or a small detail, feel free to discuss it with us, and we can arrange a personalized custom order for you. In the event of a stock shortage for a particular decorative item, we will notify you before shipping for a substitution. Note: If your chosen item includes a natural tree trunk, the designer will select the wood species based on what is available from our suppliers for the season; specific wood types and appearances cannot be specified. The LED string lights are battery-operated. Each string is brand new; simply replace the batteries when they run out. Product Shipping Service: All items in our shop are custom-made to order after payment is confirmed. November and December are peak seasons for Christmas orders. If you have an urgent request, please note it separately and discuss shipping methods and times with us. We ship via Black Cat Express, with delivery services available from Monday to Saturday. Please be attentive to calls from the delivery personnel to ensure you receive your Christmas items promptly. For fresh series orders, please collect your package as soon as possible to allow the botanicals to breathe fresh air and maintain their health and beauty.
