Silk Exudation: This is a distinctive trait of Green Sandalwood.** Organic compounds within Green Sandalwood that cannot volatilize under sealed conditions form translucent, flocculent crystalline substances on the wood's surface. These crystals are commonly referred to as "silk exudation" (as shown in Image 9). This exudation is harmless to the body; Green Sandalwood is a healing wood that releases no harmful substances, but rather fresh oxygen. **If silk exudation appears after a period of disuse, simply wipe it away with a dry cotton cloth or tissue!
