【About SOLSTICKAN】
SOLSTICKAN was founded by Swedish Match. In 1936, the company adopted a design by artist Einar Nerman for its matchbox. The boy in the artwork is Nerman's son. A portion of the proceeds from match sales was donated to children's aid foundations. By 2006, with this artistic design, over 10 billion matchboxes had been exported, making it the most exported art item. Beyond matches, SOLSTICKAN also designs a variety of everyday and kitchenware items, embodying the art of daily living.
