You can choose from a selection of "Smile Flower" designs free of charge. Once you receive and approve the digital proof from Smile Flower, production will commence, and the shipping time will be calculated from that point. ● An additional design fee of NT$200 will be charged for background removal of more than two subjects (including pets). For other design and typesetting requests, please contact us first for a separate quote. ● Please select suitable photos with clear facial features, sufficient resolution, adequate lighting, and even color contrast for the main subjects. This ensures a beautiful final product. Avoid using screenshots, as they may result in poor print quality. Photos can be changed before printing for a retouching fee of NT$500. ● Please send the photos you wish to customize to our Gmail account: esmile7. ● Production time varies from 7 to 20 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) depending on the item.
