Let me conclude first: not at all! 😎😎😎 I myself was a fan of washi tapes during the peak of mt. I loved collecting them and making albums. However, once I delved into the world of collage, the dazzling array of tapes with different materials captivated me. Especially tapes where each pattern is arranged like a sticker book, which is so convenient. I chase new releases, I chase new materials, but the washi tapes I truly loved could only be put away. Therefore, I understand the limitations of strip-style tapes in collage usage. To bring back the essence of why I first fell in love with decorative tape, and to make it more accessible and easier for collage, my first creation is a 1.5cm washi tape, born from my collage experience! It inherits our beloved "aged wall" imagery, encompassing common elements in vintage collages like geometry, dots, and mottling. This ensures it won't look out of place when paired with other vintage materials. I've even added eye-catching embellishments like English text in various styles and vintage stamps. Even a small peek can add a touch of finesse to your collage; In terms of color selection, the gradient arrangement of earth tones complements the often-used yellowed old book pages, brown, and cypress-colored ink pads in journal collages, making them even more harmonious.
