Sake set for one

This unique tokkuri and guinomi were wheel thrown in my small pottery workshop in Taiwan. I used Japanese porcelain clay and glazed the pieces in a glossy black. I also dusted wood ash over sections of both the tokkuri and guinomi resulting in an amber hue. A feature of the set is the white dot which I wanted to symbolize the moon on a dark night.
