1. After placing your order, you will receive an "E-Ticket Notification" email.
2. For laser-engraved options, please provide your desired engraving details in the "Message to Designer" section upon checkout.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen workshop location contacts you to confirm your preferred date and seating availability.
4. Please book at least 3 days in advance as we need time to prepare materials upon order confirmation and payment.
5. ART64 Design Hall can provide a standard receipt. If you require a company receipt with a unified invoice number, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be provided if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you to arrange a reschedule or refund.
