The white lotus paste is made by a local time-honored brand using traditional techniques. It is sweet and smooth, inheriting the classic taste; the bean paste has a dense and sweet taste, with the fresh orange aroma, highlighting the mellow and multi-layered filling; the Taiwan Bagua Mountain native pineapple filling is paired with the crispy homemade Caramelized macadamia nuts, the sweet and slightly sour aroma of caramelized macadamia nuts go hand in hand; crunchy walnuts are added to southern dates, and the ancient chai-roasted longans specially sourced from Dongshan, Tainan, create a rich jujube aroma that exudes bursts of chai aroma!
