Bonsai Goblet

We've created a goblet inspired by bonsai. Each piece is one-of-a-kind, made using the hand-coiling technique. Drawing inspiration from bonsai with stones attached (ishidaki), we've expressed the idea of a tree with a cup. The cup features a golden sun, though it can also be seen as a full moon. To be frank, the bonsai goblet series isn't the most comfortable to hold. Style sometimes requires a little compromise. However, we've crafted it so it can still be held securely. We hope you'll enjoy your coffee or spirits with it. *This piece is rather heavy. We recommend it for men or women with confidence in their arm strength. Height: Approx. 136mm Diameter: Approx. 73mm Capacity (filled moderately): 150ml The hand shown in the images belongs to a 174cm tall man (myself), for scale reference. It's best not to use a dishwasher. As the piece features gold accents, it cannot be used in a microwave.
