▎Instructor Introduction · Chef Wu En-wen
A graduate of National Chengchi University with a major in Journalism and a minor in Psychology, and an MBA. She has worked as a news reporter, anchor, and deputy manager at various television stations including TTV, CTN, and EBC. She has also hosted programs on Taipei FM, BCC, ICRT, and Indigenous Radio. Her program, "Wu En-wen's Happy Kitchen," earned her recognition as one of the "Top Ten Outstanding Tourism and Hospitality Masters of the Year." A renowned gourmand and veteran media personality, she currently heads "Wu En-wen International Media Consulting Co., Ltd." and serves as the General Manager of "i-Foodie Club."

With my father being Cantonese and my mother Sichuanese, I developed skills in knife work and an understanding of various dish origins from a young age.
