Oxidation typically occurs only when the air contains high levels of sulfur or other acidic components, or if your sweat is particularly acidic. When not wearing your silver jewelry, store it in the provided sealed bag to slow down the oxidation process. Oxidized silver is still wearable. You can easily restore its shine: - Polish with a silver polishing cloth. - Gently scrub with a soft-bristled toothbrush and toothpaste for 2-3 minutes, then rinse with water. - Clean with baking soda. These methods can restore oxidized silver to its original shine! \Pearls: Pearls have a low hardness rating. Avoid storing them with other jewelry to prevent scratches. Pearls are calcium carbonate and should be kept away from acidic substances.
