In 2016, he traveled to Japan to apprentice under the renowned Osaka Spanish cuisine authority, Yukio Konishi. After returning to his home region, Jacky began his entrepreneurial journey, combining the skills he acquired abroad with local ingredients to successfully open his own Spanish farmhouse-style restaurant. Within less than a year and a half, Jacky not only expanded his business but also received a visit from the well-known food program "Super Taste." He was later recognized and invited by the boutique tea salon group TWG Singapore to serve as the Head of Pastry for their 48 branches across the Asia-Pacific region, based at their Singapore headquarters.
