Willy Dylan, a boy from a single-parent household, works part-time at the town's general store, delivering goods to residents. Unexpectedly drawn into the case of a wealthy merchant's stolen mail, and with the police suspecting him, Willy decides to investigate himself. He first seeks help from the online community, "Socrates Detective Agency," and with the company of his cow-patterned cat, Milo, he uncovers clues one by one, unraveling the mystery of the stolen mail. The stolen mail conceals a larger secret, leading Willy to pursue the culprit and inadvertently avert a disaster, becoming the little hero who saves the entire town.
