1. In order to maintain the quality of the event and the rights and interests of other students, pets are not allowed in this venue. 2. To participate in any activities of painting and drinking, in order to ensure the students' creative time, please arrive 10 minutes in advance. If you are late, the activity will still end on time. 3. Each class activity is limited to one class attendant (including the parents of the students), and each accompanying guest should bear a minimum drink consumption of NT$100 or more. 4. Do not bring outside food and beverages (you can bring your own water bottle), Huayin provides paid beverages, please contact the counter if necessary. 5. If you drink your own wine in the store, the corkage fee is 500 yuan per bottle (750ml), and a single bottle provides a maximum of 5 wine glasses, and additional wine glasses need to be purchased for 60 yuan/piece. Birthday parties can bring their own balloons, and a cleaning fee of 500 yuan will be charged for bringing their own birthday cake. 6. The activity fee includes materials, aprons and art consultant guidance. Students only need to come to class with a happy mood. 7. Because the paint used in the painting drink is difficult to clean, we will provide aprons and storage baskets. Please take good care of your personal finances, Huayin will not be responsible for any related responsibilities. 8. In order to maintain the quality of the activity, please turn off or mute the mobile phone during the activity, so as not to affect the rights and interests of other students. 9. Parents are not allowed to walk around to take pictures or record videos while the children’s activities are in progress. If you need photos, please send a private message after the activity. Parents are requested to pick up and drop off on time at the end of the class. Huayin does not assume any responsibility outside the event time. 10. If the work is not completed beyond the activity time, an additional NT$900 will be charged per hour. 11. Please do not take away any property belonging to Huayin Art Space. 12. In case of natural disasters and force majeure factors, Huayin will take the initiative to contact the students and notify the changed activity time. 13. Students who do not notify the cancellation of the appointment 1 day before the class date and fail to attend the current activity (students) will be deducted the number of times of the current activity, and are not allowed to make another appointment for the class date or apply for a refund of the current activity fee. The refund rules are as follows: (An additional NT$50 handling fee will be charged for all refund transactions). (1) If the cancellation is notified 7 days before the class date (excluding the day), 100% of the event fee will be refunded (2) If the cancellation is notified from the 7th to the 4th day (excluding the day) before the class date, 50% of the event fee will be refunded. (3) If the cancellation is notified 3 days before the class date (excluding the day), the activity fee will not be refunded.
