1. Upon order placement, an "E-ticket Notification Email" will be sent.
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" field after confirming your engraving details.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen workshop location contacts you to confirm your appointment date and availability.
4. As materials are prepared after payment, please book your appointment at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall provides a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice with a tax ID, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of class cancellation due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters), we will proactively contact you to arrange a postponement or refund.
