**By completing the registration and payment process, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.** **►Respect for Originality: Workshop content and creations are for personal learning and individual use only. Please do not use the workshop or its products for commercial purposes!** * You may take photos for personal record-keeping during the workshop, but **no video recording is permitted**. * Due to limited seating, **please do not bring companions**. ►Cancellation and Refunds * Cancellations notified **15 days prior** to the workshop date are eligible for a **full refund**. * Cancellations notified **10-14 days prior** to the workshop date will receive a **70% refund**. * Cancellations notified **7-10 days prior** to the workshop date will receive a **30% refund**. * Cancellations notified **within 7 days** of the workshop date are **non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled**. The creation will be completed by vivi on your behalf and shipped to you free of charge. You will still receive a unique, hand-woven piece in your chosen color combination. ►Important Notes * To ensure fairness for all registered participants, spots are secured on a first-come, first-served basis upon successful payment and confirmation. * Please complete payment promptly after placing your order. **Orders will be automatically cancelled without further notice if payment is not received by 6:00 PM, 2 days before the workshop.** E.g., For a workshop on April 5th, payment must be completed by 6:00 PM on April 3rd. * If a session has **fewer than 6 participants** three days before the scheduled start date, the venue reserves the right to cancel or relocate the event and will notify participants to **reschedule, change venue, or receive a refund**. * To ensure a smooth experience, **late arrivals of 30 minutes or more will not be admitted and are non-refundable**. The creation will be completed by vivi on your behalf and shipped to you free of charge. You will still receive a unique, hand-woven piece in your chosen color combination. * As comprehension and crafting speed vary among individuals, it is recommended to **allow an additional 30 minutes after the workshop concludes and avoid scheduling urgent matters immediately afterward**. ►Other Information * In case of natural disasters or unavoidable circumstances leading to cancellation, the venue will proactively contact you for a full refund or rescheduling. For typhoons, the closure and cancellation standards announced by the event's location will apply, regardless of the participant's location. * The workshop may include on-site photography. Photos and videos featuring your likeness may be used for event documentation or future promotional activities. **If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us prior to the workshop**, and we will make special arrangements. * Please adhere to the venue's rules and follow the instructor's guidance. You will be responsible for any damages caused by non-compliance. * If participation is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the venue, **no refund will be issued**. * In the event of material shortages, **we reserve the right to substitute materials of equivalent value or adjust colors**. * Material colors may vary due to different production batches, lighting conditions during photography, and computer monitor displays. * To embrace environmental sustainability, **please bring your own reusable bag**. **►The organizer reserves the right to adjust event details and has the final say on all matters related to this event.**
