➤ While mask-wearing is now optional indoors as per government guidelines, please wear a mask if you have a cold or cough.
➤ Tools are disinfected weekly with a Philips UV sterilizer.
➤ During metalworking, fine dust from polishing and fumes from soldering are inevitable. We use a Honeywell Air Purifier to minimize exposure to harmful pollutants and maintain excellent air quality.
➤ Instructors assisting with polishing use a professional-grade dust extraction system to protect their lungs and ensure good air quality.

【Regarding Lateness】
➤ 【Please arrive precisely on time or 10 minutes early.**】
【Punctuality is a virtue.** The class will commence on time. A grace period of up to 10 minutes is acceptable.**】
➤ 【For lateness exceeding 10 to 20 minutes**, a **500 NTD late instructor fee per person** will be charged.** This is because all participants receive simultaneous instruction, and being late requires the instructor to repeat explanations, disrupting the flow and schedule for others.**】
➤ 【Exceeding 20 minutes** will result in forfeiture of entry to the studio.** A **500 NTD rescheduling fee per person** will be applicable, and you will only be able to choose a weekday session, not the popular weekend slots.**】

➤ In case of unforeseen circumstances such as **confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis, flu, accidents, illness, or family emergencies**, please contact us via LINE official account: @nimoujewelry. **Supporting documentation (photos, medical records)** will be required to arrange a rescheduled session. (The session will be held for three months; failure to reschedule within this period will be considered a forfeiture.)

➤ Ring Breakage: 999 sterling silver rings are inherently delicate. If the ring breaks due to dropping, impact, or heavy lifting, we can assess it for potential re-welding (a 380 NTD service fee applies).
