Photo Printing & Adhesion Service: Printing: Photos are complimentary with card purchase and printed using a composite inkjet photo printer. You are also welcome to provide your own photos. Adhesion: Photos will be arranged in a random order. If you have specific placement requests, we will leave those spots for you to adhere them yourself. 4. Dimensions: Standard sizes include A4 (opens to A3), A5 (opens to A4), A6 (opens to A5). For other sizes, please message our customer service. 5. Colors: You can choose all colors yourself. Modifications & Adjustments: The final product includes "one free adjustment" for minor tweaks to the outline or corrections for production errors. If you wish to modify the content mid-process, a fee for materials and labor may apply depending on the situation. 2. Subjective Differences: After placing an order, we cannot offer partial refunds or returns based on "differences from imagination/proportions or other personal aesthetic preferences." Please refer to the existing styles of our finished products in the store. Handmade items cannot be perfectly symmetrical or 100% realistic. 3. After-Sales & Order Abandonment: This product is custom-made to order and does not fall under the 7-day cooling-off period. Failure to pick up an order without valid reason will be treated as malicious abandonment, and we reserve the right to pursue civil liabilities. 4. Work Sharing: Photos of finished products may be shared on our platforms in the future (personal information will be concealed). If you do not wish for your product to be shared, please inform us in advance. Silence will be considered as consent. 5. Returns: Customized products fall under the "Special Category of Goods*" and are not subject to the 7-day cooling-off period regulations of the Consumer Protection Law. Therefore, returns and exchanges are not possible. 6. Color Discrepancies: Slight color differences between the product photos and the actual physical item viewed with the naked eye are normal and do not qualify for refunds or returns. 7. Unboxing Video: Please record the entire unboxing process upon receipt to protect your and our rights. Please report any issues within 1 day of receiving the item; requests made after this period will not be processed. 8. Photo Material: Photos are printed on photo paper using an inkjet photo printer. 9. Paper Material: Craft paper. 10. Size Tolerance: Due to manual production and measurement, a margin of error of 0-2 cm is normal. 11. Receipt: Please inform us in advance if you require a receipt. Our shop is not a unified invoice (GUI) issuing establishment. If a receipt needs to be re-issued, it will be sent via registered mail.
