Messages exceeding this limit will be printed in bold.) **| Delivery Methods |** ・Fresh flower gifts are available for self-pickup, courier, and refrigerated delivery. ・The studio is located near Nanjing Fuxing Station and offers self-pickup at no additional charge. Please message us in advance to schedule a pickup time. ・For deliveries within Taipei City and New Taipei City, please select **Lalamove Courier**. Delivery can be scheduled for a specified date and time. ・For other counties and cities, please select **Refrigerated Delivery**. Non-peak seasons allow for specifying the delivery date and time. ・For designated delivery dates, refrigerated delivery will be dispatched 1-2 days in advance. Logistics services do not operate on Sundays. ***Refrigerated delivery to areas outside Taipei City carries shipping risks. Delays or bumps during transit may cause damage to the arrangement. Please confirm your acceptance of these risks before placing an order.** **| Important Notes |** ・We offer handwritten or printed cards. Please message us with your card content. Messages under 20 characters will be handwritten; messages between 21-50 characters or opening celebration cards will be printed. ・Due to the nature of fresh flower products, materials need to be prepared in advance for creation. Therefore, cancellations for standard orders made 5 working days prior to the specified shipping date (excluding the shipping date itself) are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 5 working days will incur a 30% refund. Pre-order items cannot be cancelled after 24:00 on the pre-order closing date. ・For custom requests such as specific packaging or card colors, please message us after placing your order. If no contact is received, the designer will make selections. ・All flowers are natural plants, and their postures may vary. The arrangement will be adjusted based on the actual flowers used during creation and may not be identical to the photo. ・Flower materials are seasonal. In case of temporary shortages or poor flower conditions, we will substitute with materials of similar effect. ・You can request a completion photo before delivery by leaving a note. Please confirm within 3 hours of receiving the photo to avoid delivery delays. ・Completion photos are for confirming the ordered item. Replacements of flower materials, changes in flower placement, vases, card colors, or packaging color schemes are not provided, except for wilted or obviously damaged flowers. Any last-minute changes will incur additional charges for flowers or packaging materials and may risk delivery delays. **| Flower Care |** ・The lifespan of fresh flowers varies depending on the type of flower, care methods, and placement environment, typically ranging from 3-7 days. ・Upon receiving the bouquet, we recommend removing the packaging as soon as possible, placing it in a vase, and positioning it in a cool, well-ventilated area. Cleaning the stems and trimming 2-3 cm every 1-2 days, along with changing the water, can extend the viewing period of the fresh flowers. ・For table arrangements, gift boxes, and basket arrangements, we recommend removing the packaging upon receipt. Gently part the flowers and leaves from the back or sides of the arrangement/pot, and add water until the water level is 3-4 cm from the rim of the container. Replenish water to the same level every 1-2 days. ・Warm, sunny environments will shorten the lifespan of fresh flowers. If the indoor temperature is high, it is recommended to increase the frequency of water changes for bouquets. For table arrangements, adding 1 drop of bleach to the water can reduce the growth of microorganisms.
