Outside of peak holiday seasons, you can specify your desired delivery date and time. ・If a specific delivery date is requested, refrigerated deliveries will be dispatched 1-2 days in advance. Therefore, cancellations for standard orders made more than 5 business days before the specified delivery date (excluding the delivery date itself) are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 5 business days will receive a 30% refund. Unless there is evident wilting or damage, we do not offer changes to flower types, flower placement, vases, card colors, or packaging schemes. Any last-minute changes will incur additional charges for materials and may delay the shipment. **| Flower Care |** ・The lifespan of fresh flowers varies depending on the type of flower, care, and environment, typically ranging from 3-7 days. ・Upon receiving your arrangement, we recommend removing the packaging promptly and placing the flowers in a vase in a cool, well-ventilated area. To prolong their freshness, rinse the stems and trim about 2-3 cm every 1-2 days, and change the water. ・For table arrangements, gift boxes, or basket arrangements, we suggest removing the packaging upon receipt. Gently spread the foliage from the back or sides of the arrangement and add water until it is 3-4 cm below the rim of the container. Replenish the water to the same level every 1-2 days. ・Warm temperatures and direct sunlight can shorten the life of fresh flowers. If your indoor temperature is high, consider changing the water more frequently. For table arrangements, adding one drop of bleach to the water can help reduce microbial growth.
