▶ Ticket Purchase Terms
1. After placing an order, the system will send an "E-Ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired engraving text in the "Message to Designer" section once confirmed.
3. Your booking is complete only after a store associate from your chosen experience location contacts you to confirm the appointment date and availability.
4. Please book at least 3 days in advance, as materials are prepared after order payment.
5. ART64 Design Hall can provide a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company receipt with a tax ID, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellations due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you to reschedule or arrange a refund.
