1. After placing your order, you will receive an "E-ticket Notification Email" from the system.
2. If you choose the laser engraving option, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" section.
3. Your reservation is confirmed only after a store associate from the experience location contacts you to confirm the date and availability.
4. Materials are prepared after order payment, so please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall provides official receipt for unified invoice. If you require an invoice with a company tax number, please provide the company name and tax number in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be provided if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. If the class is canceled due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to arrange a postponement or refund.
