This classy necklace is made of a series of tube-shape polished lapis lazuli beads and silver rounded box-shape cubes. The necklace closes with a beautiful handmade silver hook. It is simple, with slight ethnic touch and can easily go with anything you wear. Lapis lazuli is a universal symbol of wisdom, friendship and truth and comes from Afghanistan, where it has been sourced since ancient times. All silver parts are hand crafted in 98% Silver by Thai Karen hill-tribe artisans. The Karen are a group of ethnic peoples who reside primarily in southern and southeastern Burma and in northern and north-eastern Thailand. Thai and Burmese hill tribes can be traced back to the 12th century when they are said to have originated from Tibet. The product comes with traditional Thai packaging and includes tracking number for safer shipping.
