・February 7, 2026 (Saturday) 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM
・Capacity: 6-15 people per session (Minimum participants for class to commence: 6 people)
・Includes: Workshop experience, frame dimensions: Length 17cm x Width 17cm x Thickness 2.5cm, on-site tools and materials, gift bag, complimentary self-serve black tea or green tea

・If you register the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has commenced before registering.
・After completing your order and checkout, your purchase details serve as proof of registration. No physical tickets will be issued. Please report directly to the venue at the scheduled time; no separate SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders that are not checked out are considered incomplete registrations. Slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis once full. Unpaid orders will not be added to the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows:
. According to the "Regulations for Short-Term Supplementary Education Institutions" Article 33, based on Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Consumer Protection Act, Executive Yuan:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class starts, 95% of the total paid fee will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class starts, 90% of the total paid fee will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class starts, 80% of the total paid fee will be refunded.
. Rescheduling is permitted for classes within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your preferred session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot adhere to the rescheduling timeframe, please opt for a refund.
. For same-day cancellations, as materials and venue arrangements are already prepared, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted. No-shows will be considered forfeiture.
. To ensure the rights of other participants, attendees arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered forfeiture.
. For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details (account number and name). Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Unregistered guests may not accompany participants unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity, or in special cases where parent-child participation is intended. Please contact the venue in advance for such inquiries.
・If the number of registered participants for a session does not reach 6 two days before the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the handcraft classroom. This workshop includes complimentary self-serve black tea or green tea.
・Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or refunds.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the workshop for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. Your image may be used in event recaps or future recruitment materials.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make appropriate arrangements.
