One Design, One Pen Each pen is entirely unique, with slight variations from the handmade firing process. (For example, the body and nib may not be perfectly straight, the surface may not be entirely smooth, some textures may feel raised or uneven to the touch, and the ink grooves may not be perfectly equidistant.) Every glass pen possesses its own life and character, with unique tactile feel, writing experience, texture patterns, length, and more. How to Use: Dip the nib into ink, about 1/3 to over halfway, before writing. (Avoid hitting the bottom of the ink bottle.) The writing feel and line thickness will vary depending on the pen's angle. Some angles may not be suitable for writing; explore to find an angle that works for your smooth writing. After use, rinse the nib with clean water. If residual ink remains in the grooves after rinsing, a soft-bristled toothbrush can be used for gentle cleaning. Allow to air dry before storing. Do not drop. ★ Slight paper scratching is normal during initial use. ★ This pen produces thicker lines. ★ To remove the protective cap, do not pull it straight off horizontally (this can damage the nib). Instead, rotate it in opposite directions to detach. ★ Each pen features unique, naturally occurring bubbles or bubble patterns. ★ Use fountain pen ink. ★ For practice, consider using hard pen calligraphy guides. ★ Includes a small ink bottle (5ml) + a presentation box.
