Covering an area of approximately 15,000 square meters, it is located on the eastern side of its site, facing east with its rear along Hangzhou South Road. The three-level base reaches 14.5 meters, the main walls 24 meters, and the height from the dougong to the pinnacle 31.5 meters, totaling 70 meters. The main gate stands 16 meters high, weighing 75 tons, cast in bronze. The main hall consists of two levels. The upper bronze hall measures 40 meters square, with four corners protruding 7.5 meters each, and houses a seated statue of Chiang Kai-shek at the rear center. The statue itself is 6.3 meters tall, 6–12 mm thick, and weighs approximately 21.25 tons, cast by Mr. Chen Yifan. The pedestal is 3.5 meters high, making the total height 9.8 meters. The lower hall includes a central corridor, performance hall, exhibition spaces, and classrooms.
