After many trials and adjustments, we finally cooperated with "Chuanlong Laowu Tofu Shop" and "Zhongfu Winery" in 2023 to launch non-toxic soybeans (non-genetically modified) using "Kaohsiung Selection No. 10". "Okinawa-style fermented bean curd" is fragrant, smooth as butter, and rich in soybean flavor.
Referring to the traditional pickling techniques of Okinawa, Japan, rice wine, rice koji and red koji are mainly used to ferment the tofu cubes, and the rich and smooth and sweet Kaohsiung No. 10 soybeans are added.
