For makeup stains, gently wipe with a makeup remover first to lift some of the stain. Then, wash with detergent. (Do not use bleach.) If machine washing, please place the headband in a laundry bag. As it's made of pure cotton, the fabric "wrinkles easily." After spinning or wringing, be sure to "shake it out and lay it flat to dry." (Avoid direct sunlight, as it can be harsh on cotton fibers.) * If the fabric is very wrinkled, you can place a thin piece of cotton cloth over the headband and iron it flat with a 100°C iron.
