Ensure photos are taken in natural light without filters to avoid color discrepancies. Providing more reference photos is always beneficial for the crafting process. ◌ If sufficient photos are unavailable, consider a framed, half-body portrait, which only requires a front-facing photo. For full-body requests with limited photos, please message us to discuss potential solutions. ◌ During the creation process, we may need to ask clarifying questions about specific details. Please ensure you are reachable for communication. ◌ Upon completion, we will send photos of the finished piece from various angles for your confirmation. Minor adjustments to patterns and details can be made. However, modifications to fur color and eye color are not possible, as colors may vary slightly due to lighting conditions. ◌ Free repair services are limited to a maximum of 5 times. Subsequent repairs will incur a fee. ◌ Once you confirm satisfaction, the item will be carefully packed and shipped. As all items are confirmed with you before packing, no returns or exchanges will be accepted after shipping. ■ Specifications: ◌ Full body rabbit: Available in two sizes (approx. 15cm or 20cm length from nose to tail). Other pet types can be customized; please inquire about specifications. ◌ Full body hamster: (approx. 10cm length from nose to tail). ◌ Framed portraits: Half-body (fits 4x6 frame) or headshot (fits 3.5x3.5 frame). For rabbits, the head size is approximately 8-9cm wide. ■ Additional Information: ⌑ For full-body creations, you may provide your pet's fur, ashes, or whiskers to be incorporated into the piece. The fur or ashes will be encased within the body during creation. (Optional: small colored glass vials are available for purchase). The crafting process typically takes 3-4 weeks, depending on complexity, to ensure the highest quality.
