Custom Pet Wool Felt - Realistic Rabbit & Hamster

--------Please be sure to read the notes-------- ■ Customization Process: ◌ Please do not place an order directly. ◌ Wool felt product pages are for display purposes only and offer custom services without selling physical items. The indicated prices are not the actual prices. ◌ Please contact us via private message with photos of the pet you wish to customize. We will provide a quote after confirmation. ◌ Due to a high volume of current orders, please be prepared for a waiting period of several months for scheduling. ◌ A 50% deposit is required. We will create a deposit listing for you to purchase. Once the purchase is complete, your order will be scheduled. ◌ The remaining balance will be due after we send you completion photos for confirmation. Once you confirm, you can purchase from your dedicated final payment listing. ◌ Changes to expressions and poses cannot be made one month after production begins. Therefore, please confirm all details carefully. Any production needs must be communicated at the beginning. ◌ For customization, please provide photos of your pet from all angles: front, back, left, right, top, and bottom (taken in normal lighting without filters to avoid color differences). Providing more photos is always better for reference during production. ◌ If you have insufficient photos, consider a framed piece, which only requires a front-facing photo. If you still wish for a full-body piece, feel free to message us, as we have solutions for different situations. ◌ During the production process, we may need to ask you for clarification on certain details. Please ensure you remain reachable. ◌ Upon completion, we will send you photos of the finished product from various angles for your confirmation. You can request modifications to patterns and details, and we will adjust them for you. However, we cannot make corrections to fur color or eye color, as colors may vary slightly from the images due to lighting conditions. ◌ Free repairs are limited to 5 times. Subsequent repairs will incur a fee. ◌ Once confirmed, the item will be packaged and shipped (all items will be confirmed with you before boxing, so no returns or exchanges will be accepted after shipping). ■ Specifications: ◌ Full body rabbit: Approximately 15cm or 20cm in length (nose to tail). (For other types of pets, please inquire about specifications). ◌ Full body hamster: Approximately 10cm in length (nose to tail). ◌ Framed pieces: Half-body (4x6 frame), Headshot (3.5x3.5 frame). (Rabbit head size is approximately 8-9cm wide). ■ Other Matters: ⌑ For full-body pieces, you can provide your pet's fur, ashes, or whiskers. The fur or ashes will be incorporated into the body during production (multi-colored small glass bottles are also available for an additional purchase). If you wish to embed real fur onto the surface of the piece, we have methods for handling different types of fur. Please message us for details. Whiskers can be embedded onto the face of the piece without issue. ⌑ We will do our utmost to create each pet piece, which requires significant time. Production typically takes 2-4 weeks, depending on complexity. Please be patient as we strive for the highest quality. ⌑ As these are works of effort and time, cancellations and refunds are not possible after production begins. ⌑ Purely handmade items cannot replicate the original 100% perfectly and will have a certain degree of difference. Please refer to past works for style. Place an order only if you accept this. ⌑ Actual size may vary by +-1-2cm. Minor color and size discrepancies are inevitable in handmade items. Please do not place an order if you are a perfectionist regarding product quality. We appreciate your understanding! ⌑ If fuzz or pills appear on the surface due to friction, simply trim them with small scissors. This will not affect the appearance of the wool felt. Please avoid friction and pulling, and be careful not to let your pet scratch it. ⌑ Photos of completed works will be publicly displayed on our personal fan pages, Instagram, and other platforms. ⌑ The actual product does not include the wooden base or dried flowers shown in the display photos. ⌑ Optional add-ons: Collars with engraved name tags, glass domes, or acrylic boxes with dried flower arrangements.
