Packaging materials serve a protective purpose, and minor dents or creases from logistics delivery are unavoidable. Packaging material itself is not eligible for return or exchange. 8. For bags featuring patterned or printed fabrics, the pattern placement is randomly cut, and each item will have a unique distribution. Ordering signifies your understanding of this. 9. Product images may vary slightly due to individual screen settings; the actual product is the final reference for color. Handmade dimensions may have international standard permissible errors and unavoidable measurement variations of 1-3 cm. 10. Collaborative products are officially licensed.
