~ MOONLIGHT ~ This piece evokes the imagery of moonlight shining through the clouds. We used the Shibori tie-dye technique and then a discharge dyeing method to depict the moon. There may be slight dye stains in some areas (please see the 3rd photo). Organic cotton is cotton that has been organically grown on land where pesticides and chemical fertilizers have not been used for at least three years. We chose organic cotton, even if just a little, for the sake of the Earth and for the future. Because we use organic cotton, this T-shirt is gentle on the skin, lightweight, and comfortable to wear. It is an organic cotton that is very kind to the Earth, cultivated without any chemical fertilizers or pesticides. As each piece is hand-dyed and discharge-dyed, enjoy this unique Aizome (indigo dyeing) that is one-of-a-kind in the world.
