— HUIT Solo Show —
◎ About the Exhibition
This exhibition is IMIN ART LAB's first showcase featuring over 100 paintings.
The canvases vary in size, from impressively large to charmingly small, each retaining its exquisite detail.
Every artwork is a collaborative creation by a Japanese husband-and-wife duo from Kanagawa Prefecture.
The pieces exhibit a captivating contrast between strong, sculpted lines and vivid, warm color combinations.
The creative process involves the husband first carving the forms, followed by the wife adding the colors, a collaboration that imbues each artwork with an undeniable sense of warmth and joy.

The character "栞" (pronounced 'kān' in Mandarin) signifies a mark or a guide, historically referring to a bookmark in ancient China.
It continues to be used in Japanese, retaining its original meaning of a bookmark.
Utilizing professional laser engraving technology combined with exquisite UV printing, the vibrant colors bring Tainan's historic landmarks to life on these "Kan Kan Mu" bookmarks. Each enduring architectural marvel stands on your book, as if guarding and awaiting the continuation of your next chapter.
