Select your desired product specifications, place your order, and complete the payment. 2. Email your photos and the following information to the IMIN TAINAN inbox: https://farm1.staticflickr.com/816/39010685820_4b22bda9b6_o_d.png ☉ Subject Line: **Custom Product Name + Your Name (Must match the name used for ordering for easy verification)** ☉ Email Body: Please include your **contact name, phone number, and the photos you wish to use.** ☉ Provide one of the following eligible image formats: **Please do not use copyrighted images, such as those of idols or cartoon characters.** ◗ Original files from your phone/camera (Avoid downloading or screenshotting from platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LINE, or other messaging apps if possible). ◗ Scanned files of hand-drawn artwork (300dpi resolution). ◗ Original Ai or PSD files. ☉ Our basic services are complimentary. Special requests may incur additional fees, which will be quoted separately. Please clearly state any special requirements in your email. Once we provide a quote and you complete the payment, we will begin the design process! The scope of complimentary and paid services is detailed below. **COMPLIMENTARY SERVICES** We offer up to 3 revisions. ✔ Resolution confirmation ✔ Minor photo brightness adjustment ✔ Preview of final artwork layout (cropping area) ✔ Text addition: Please provide the desired text and font style in your email. Ex: "I'm in Tainan" / Font style: Cute handwritten style *The actual font used will be based on our existing font library. If you have a specific font in mind, please provide an AI file with outlined text.* **PAID SERVICES** The following services will incur a design processing fee of $300-$500, quoted based on the specific execution: $ Image background removal $ Multi-image collage layout (Please provide a reference image) 3. Upon receiving your order details, we will provide a digital mock-up (showing the cropping area) for your review and confirmation of the product style and your custom design. 4. Please reply to confirm the information provided in the mock-up email and the simulated cropping area. 5.
