Please read the following matters carefully before placing an order. Placing an order will be deemed as your agreement. 1. Admission will be open 15 minutes before the event. In order to ensure a smooth experience, please do not be late. If you are late for more than 30 minutes, you will not be able to enter and no refund will be given. 2. Due to personal reasons, there is a shortage of materials during the process and it is necessary to purchase new materials before continuing the production. 3. Only ticket purchasers can participate in the course. Those who have not purchased tickets will not be allowed to enter. 4. The process of making diffuser Stone involves gypsum powder and pigments. It is recommended to wear light clothing, and expensive clothing is not recommended. Work bibs are provided on site, please bring your own mask. 5. You must take your work away on the day the course ends. Please bring your own take-away bag. If you need additional gift packaging, you will need to pay for additional packaging materials. 6. Those who fail to attend will be deemed to have automatically forfeited the event and no refund will be given. 7. Cancellation will not be accepted and no refund will be made if the cancellation is made within 3 days before or on the day of the reservation. 8. If you need to take leave, you can change the date once, but you must submit it 3 days in advance and both parties must coordinate a feasible time. 9. If you are feeling unwell, have a fever, cough, respiratory disease or are allergic to dust, please do not participate. Your health is the most important thing. 10. The Museum reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this activity. 11. If the activity cannot be carried out due to force majeure such as natural disasters, typhoons, etc., the museum has the right to adjust the course, postpone or cancel it, and we will take the initiative to contact you to postpone or refund.
