Each batch may have slight color variations. Natural leather may exhibit marks from the cow's life, such as minor scratches, wrinkles, or unique textures, which are normal characteristics of genuine leather. Just as no person is perfect, neither is a cow. The handmade process may leave subtle traces and minor variations, contributing to the unique warmth and character of handcrafted items. These are not considered quality issues. Please consider this carefully before purchasing. Avoid using alcohol or chemical solvents to clean the leather and metal accessories, as this can cause the leather to fade and damage the protective coating on the metal plating. Color variations may occur due to differences in shooting environments, lighting, and computer or mobile device displays. All products are subject to the actual item received. We appreciate your understanding. Customized items, such as those with hot-stamped text, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. These items fall under a special category and are not subject to the 7-day cooling-off period regulations. ◾️ Leather Care If the leather gets wet, gently pat it dry with a clean cloth or paper towel and let it air dry in a cool place. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which can cause the leather to age and fade. Avoid storing in high-humidity environments for extended periods, as this can lead to mold growth on the leather surface. If storing for a long time, place it in a dust bag. For general maintenance, gently wipe the leather with a dry cloth to remove surface dust. Then, apply a thin layer of leather care oil to the surface.
