The estimated shipping time can be viewed on the Pinkoi desktop version. In-stock items are shipped within 1-3 days. For made-to-order pieces, please allow 2-6 weeks for production (excluding shipping time, public holidays, and natural disasters). If you require the jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before placing your order to check for stock availability or to see if expedited production is possible. Items that undergo factory processing require more time. Factory-processed items include: Wax-carved pieces, 3D printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving. Items priced above $1000 will be presented in a jewelry box (items under $1000 can be purchased separately). 2. Sterling silver items that are not plated will include a polishing cloth. 3. For environmental reasons, multiple items will be packaged with minimal waste (items that come with a box will still include one). Please inform the designer if you require separate packaging.
