Most items in the studio are made-to-order. The estimated shipping time can be viewed on the Pinkoi desktop version. In-stock items are shipped within 1-3 days. Made-to-order pieces require a waiting period. Items processed by the factory require more time. Factory-processed items include: Wax-carved pieces, 3D-printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving.
